Altamira, Mexico

Since 2016, the Altamira plant has been recognized as a Socially Responsible Company by the Mexican Philanthropy Center. The plant serves coatings markets in Latin America, South America, Europe, and Asia. ISO 9001 Certificate

DeLisle, Mississippi, USA

The DeLisle Plant has one of the lowest environmental footprints among peer sites globally on a pounds-of-emissions per pound of product basis. Since 1991, the site has embarked on a successful program to reduce its environmental footprint in air emissions, water discharges, and waste generation. Its employees actively support a range of community activities, including robotics training in area schools, science, fairs, and blood drives. ISO 9001 Certificate

New Johnsonville, Tennessee, USA

The Chemours New Johnsonville Plant, located in Tennessee, opened in 1958. As production of Ti-Pure™ TiO₂ grows, the plant has reduced emissions significantly, and in 2013 the site received the Tennessee OSHA Governor’s Award for Safety Performance. The site fosters strong community partnerships with local schools and the Nashville State Community College. ISO 9001 Certificate

Kuan Yin, Taiwan

The Kuan Yin site not only manufactures dry and slurry TiO₂, but also the co-product, Kuan Yin Crete, used in road construction sub-base and for geological improvements. The plant has earned recognition from the Taiwan government as a role model for safety and environmental stewardship. Plant employees actively support community events, including a coastal clean-up project, an annual school talent competition, and an annual activity of respect for local senior citizens.
