Jeffrey has a BA, Biochemistry from East Stroudsburg University and is currently an Innovation and Technical Services Consultant at Chemours supporting the Americas plastics industry. Prior to Chemours, Jeffrey spent 15 years with Silberline Manufacturing as a Technical Service Representative to the global plastics industry, specializing in effect pigments. In addition to being an author and contributor to several papers that studied the impacts of effect pigment usage in plastics, Jeffrey is also a member and Past Chair on SPE Color and Appearance Division Board of Directors.
